Robin Wong is the Chief Executive Officer of Mocasa, the Philippines' first virtual credit wallet. Robin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consumer finance and virtual credit card industries.
Having lived in developed countries, Robin became accustomed to the convenience of using credit cards for daily transactions. In 2019, during his first visit to the Philippines, Robin recognized the inconvenience of cash payments and the lack of comprehensive banking and financial services.
Inspired by the government's push for a cashless society and drawing insights from China's credit payment development, Robin foresaw the potential for the Philippines to leapfrog traditional credit cards and embrace digital credit payments directly.

He is responsible for leading the thought leadership team accelerating the awareness of Telstra’s emerging technology solutions across industries including Financial Services, Media & Entertainment, Retail, Mining, Construction, Utilities, Resources, Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics.
Rodney Kinchington
Rodney Kinchington has served as Managing Director of BT International across Asia-Pacific, Japan and Greater China since 2021, driving growth and digital transformation across the region.
Based in Singapore, he brings over 25 years of global experience and is known for his ability to scale operations, build high-performance teams and deliver meaningful outcomes in complex, high-growth markets through a strong partner ecosystem and customer-centric approach.
Since joining BT in 2010, Rodney has held senior roles across client delivery, major deals and strategic account management, and has led major global programmes including the deployment of sub-sea optical fibre networks.
Beyond BT, he is a Board Member of BritCham Singapore and serves on the advisory boards of FutureNet Asia and ITW Asia, where he contributes to discussions on emerging technologies and market trends.
Rodney is a Chartered Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, an MSc from Oxford University and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
