He regularly works with multinational companies helping to define their I.T. and operational infrastructure for Asia business. He is a seasoned professional with over 25 years Asia Pacific experience who speaks Mandarin Chinese. Since 1996, he has been an evangelist of leveraging the Internet for Supply Chain Management, business collaboration and operational efficiency. In the past, he lectured extensively in the United States and Asia to include Stanford University, MIT Sloan School of Business and Nanyang University Singapore. Mr. Hatcher was formerly with QAD Inc. as Director of Marketing, eBusiness & Supply Chain Asia Pacific.

Jan Sysmans is Appdome’s Mobile App Defense Evangelist based in Singapore.
He is passionate about protecting mobile consumers from scams and defend mobile brands against fraud, malware and other cyber security threats. In his role as Mobile App Defense Evangelist, he works with banks, fintechs, travel, transportation, telecommunications, healthcare and retail brands as well as mobile game makers across Asia.
Sysmans brings over 20 years of experience in cyber, mobile and SaaS to his role. Prior to Appdome, he held senior marketing and product roles in Silicon Valley (California, USA) including at companies like Cisco, WebEx, SugarCRM, Saba and other venture funded companies.
Jasie Fon
Jasie Fon is the Regional Vice President (RVP) of Asia at Ping Identity. Based in Singapore, she works closely with IT professionals to identify how digital identity security tools can be used to address their unique business concerns.
She has over 25 years of sales, marketing and entrepreneurship experience in enterprise applications and has built transformative, vibrant and inclusive business environments throughout her career.
Prior to Ping Identity, she held leadership roles in multinational organisations including ForgeRock, Darktrace, Microsoft and Workday. She is an advocate for Women in Technology as an honouree of Singapore 100 Women in Tech 2023 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Bradford, UK.
