Prior to joining Bank BRI in March 2017, Indra served for more than 30 years at Telkom Indonesia, the country’s largest telecommunications company, where he helped pioneer and lead the group’s corporate digital transformation agenda via IT strategy, startup investments, innovation management, and more.

She was managing a team of over 30 analysts to leverage business analytics in shaping business strategy formation, uncovering untapped business opportunity and producing actionable business insights that generate tangible business value. In additions, she was also senior member of APAC Decision Management leadership team overseeing Information Management & Big Data Strategy for Citibank Asia Pacific.

Irene actively participated in analytics talent development in Singapore as she served for 5-year term as Member of Singapore InfoComm Competency Framework Steering Committee from 2011-2016 under Singapore IDA.
