Indra Utoyo is the Managing Director of Digital Banking and IT at Bank BRI, the largest microfinance institution in the world and Indonesia’s first digital bank. Prior to joining Bank BRI in March 2017, Indra served for more than 30 years at Telkom Indonesia, the country’s largest telecommunications company, where he helped pioneer and lead the group’s corporate digital transformation agenda via IT strategy, startup investments, innovation management, and more.  

Inv. Galvin Lee Kuan Sian

Inv. Galvin Lee Kuan Sian FRSA is a PhD Researcher in Marketing at the Asia-Europe Institute, Universiti Malaya, and serves as Lecturer of Marketing and Economics & Programme Coordinator in Business at a Private College in Malaysia, specialising in the scholarship of teaching and learning via educational technology. 

Ioannis Lagouis, Olli-Pekka Hilmola and Albert Wee Kwan Tan

Dr. Ioannis N. Lagoudis is Assistant Professor specializing in transportation logistics and supply chain management.

PhD Olli-Pekka Hilmola is working as a Professor in Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT), in research branch unit located in Kouvola, Finland.

Dr. Albert Tan is currently the Director for Education in MISI and associate researcher at MIT CTL.

Irene Xu

Irene Xu is the Director of Banking Practice, SAS Global Industry Practice responsible for APAC region, mainly focusing on financial industry. She has over 30 years’ professional experience in Banking and Technology. With deep expertise in database marketing, customer analytics, sales & marketing analytics, business optimization, financial analysis, she provides niche advisory services and thought leadership to banks or financial institutions in APAC as part of their digital transformation journey to turn data into actionable insights and maximize the business value.

Prior to joining SAS, Irene last worked in Citibank for close to 14 years as Head of Decision Management for Citibank Singapore. She was managing a team of over 30 analysts to leverage business analytics in shaping business strategy formation, uncovering untapped business opportunity and producing actionable business insights that generate tangible business value. In additions, she was also senior member of APAC Decision Management leadership team overseeing Information Management & Big Data Strategy for Citibank Asia Pacific.

Irene actively participated in analytics talent development in Singapore as she served for 5-year term as Member of Singapore InfoComm Competency Framework Steering Committee from 2011-2016 under Singapore IDA.

Irving Low is Head of the Enterprise Risk Management Practice at KPMG LLP. He has been with KPMG for more than 19 years, having worked in both the Singapore and London offices.
