Paul Kim

Paul Kim is the Founder and Chairman of New Frontier Partners Group and the founder of Fypher, where he is building next-generation financial infrastructure that bridges digital assets and traditional finance. 

With experience spanning both traditional finance at Franklin Templeton and the digital asset industry as a former board director of BTHMB Holdings, he has witnessed the evolution of global finance from both perspectives. 

Today, he focuses on developing institution-grade infrastructure for stablecoins, real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, and cross-border capital movement with the goal of building a trusted digital dollar ecosystem for the future of global finance.
