Liam Reeve
Liam Reeve is a PhD graduate of the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and a former HKU Presidential PhD Scholar. His work examines FinTech ecosystem development, technology adoption, and digital transformation in banking, alongside interests in AI and the evolution of international financial centres. He is an alumnus of the University of British Columbia and a former Visiting Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore.
Fridolin Blumer
Fridolin Blumer runs XiXun Asia, a boutique management consulting firm in Singapore. He has delivered large-scale front-to-back business and IT transformations and designed more than a dozen Target Operating Models for private banks.
He has led or advised teams on more than 10 core banking transformation projects, including for Credit Suisse, Royal Bank of Canada, Maybank, and Deutsche Bank across Asia. He also designed the IT blueprint for an online fashion retailer, advised a German telecommunications company on its digital transformation, and led the delivery of Crealogix’s product suite to Bangkok Bank.
Most recently, he assessed the target operating model and competitive positioning of a Malaysian Tier 1 bank’s wealth management business, defining its digital blueprint, implementation roadmap, and delivering the transformation.
Usama DeLorenzo
Usama is ASEAN Initiative Director for SWIFT in Asia Pacific and is responsible for coordinating SWIFT’s support to ASEAN member states in their goal of realising an integrated financial system through various initiatives towards the envisioned ASEAN Economic Community.
