Kathryn Burke is the managing director of Clara.
She has more than 20 years of experience across law, corporate governance and compliance, with much of her career focused on the establishment, governance, and management of companies.
Having started her legal career in Australia, she has spent more than a decade working in the UAE, developing deep expertise in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
She is currently Managing Director of Clara, an Ascentium company and a leading technology-enabled Corporate Service Provider in the UAE, supporting thousands of companies, founders, investors. and advisers with company formation, governance and ongoing regulatory compliance.
