Dr. Andrew Dahdal

Dr. Andrew Dahdal is an assistant professor in the College of Law, Qatar University. He is also the section head, Law and Policy (Economic Diversification) in the Centre for Law and Development, an industry funded think-tank hosted by Qatar University. Andrew completed his PhD at the University of New South Wales in 2014 examining the history of banking in Australia and its interaction with the Australian Constitution.

Mohd Faizuddin Muhammad Zuki (PhD) is a senior lecturer at the Islamic Business School of Universiti Utara Malaysia. He holds a PhD and master’s degree in Islamic finance & Banking from Universiti Utara Malaysia and a bachelor’s degree in Shariah (Fiqh & Usul Fiqh) from Al al-Bayt University Jordan.

Dr. Otgonbayar Uuye is Head of AI and Co-Founder of AND Global, a leading fintech company operating across Southeast Asia. 

He earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Pennsylvania State University and holds foundational degrees from the University of Tokyo. He spearheaded the development of Mongolia's first AI/ML-based credit scoring system and actively fosters the next generation of AI talent through initiatives across the country.
