BDO names new head of comptrollership group

Gwyneth Entao previously served as finance head of the Philippine bank’s consumer banking group.

BDO Unibank, Inc. has appointed Gwneth Entao, a senior vice president, as comptroller and head of the comptrollership group, effective 2 June 2025.

Entao replaces Lucy Co Dy, who retired on 1 June, the Philippine bank said in a disclosure at the Philippine Stock Exchange.

Entao was finance head for the consumer banking group of BDO for 19 years, before becoming deputy head for the comptrollership group of the Philippine bank.

Prior to joining BDO, Entao was an assistant vice president at AIG Credit Card Company.
