He is a senior business leader with deep experience in the financial services industry, particularly in helping banks modernise their technology and operations. 

Over the past 25 years, Amit has supported institutions throughout Asia-Pacific as they navigate a rapidly changing landscape. His work has focused on core banking transformation, digital payments, and lending platforms. 
 

Ammar Hindi

Ammar Hindi is Managing Director of Asia Pacific operations for Sourcefire, Inc. (Nasdaq: FIRE), the creator of Snort® and a global leader in intelligent cybersecurity solutions. In this position he is responsible for corporate operations across the region, including sales, business development and strategic marketing activities. Hindi joined the company in June 2009 bringing nearly 20 years of experience in sales and management positions launching Asia Pacific business initiatives.

Amy joined Ambition in 2005 with a background in research, executive search and recruitment. She has over 10 years' experience in middle and back office recruitment in Asia, predominantly covering Hong Kong with a range of high profile financial institutions. After heading the Banking & Financial Services team, Amy now focuses on senior and executive level recruitment across Finance & Accounting, Audit, Risk & Compliance, Operations, Sales & Marketing roles. Amy speaks fluent English and Cantonese. Amy graduated from the University of Cambridge with an Architecture degree.

Anand Agrawal

Anand Agrawal is the Chief Technology Officer, Probus Insurance Broker Private Limited.

He is a technology visionary with over two decades of experience in new product engineering and large-scale digital transformations, using emerging technologies like Mobile, Cloud, Data, and AI. 

His expertise lies in the strategic adoption of new technologies for end to end development of software platforms and applications to meet evolving market needs.  

With a proven track record in architecting scalable, customer-first tech ecosystems, Mr. Anand has successfully delivered complex technology projects in banking, finance, payments, insurance, and many other areas. 

Before joining Probus, he held senior technical roles, where he spearheaded product management, built high-performance engineering teams, and developed digital platforms for user experience and efficiency at scale. 
Mr. Agrawal holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science, and also the co-inventor of various systems and methods in new age technologies.
