ZA Bank parent leases top four floors of Lee Garden Eight’s Tower 3
It will house ZA’s over 300 employees.
ZA, the parent company of Hong Kong-based digital lender ZA Bank, is leasing the top four floors of Tower 3 at Lee Garden Eight in Causeway Bay.
The space is approximately 44,000 square feet (sqft), and ZA is an anchor tenant of the development, which is a Grade A office by Hysan Development and Chinachem Group.
The new headquarters will consolidate the group’s operations into a single location and will be the workplace for ZA’s over 300 employees, said CBRE, which advised ZA on the lease.
Its location in Causeway Bay offers ZA prominent branding opportunities, giving it visibility and market presence, CBRE said.
ZA Bank is Hong Kong’s first digital bank.
