Metrobank names Renato De Borja, Jr. as head of financial & control sector

He has been with Metrobank for over four years.

The Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (Metrobank) has named Renato De Borja, Jr., as head of financial & control sector in the bank, effective 1 July 2025.

De Borja has also been granted the rank of executive vice president, the Philippine bank said in a bourse filing on 26 June.

De Borja has been with Metrobank for over four years as the financial control deputy sector head and controller.

He brings 32 years of solid experience performing various roles in financial accounting & control, business finance & analytics, legal & compliance, admin services, consumer banking, remittance marketing and customer contact center operations with various banks and financial institutions, Metrobank said.
