Trust Bank launches AI Ask for conversational finance queries
The bank said that it will only use the specific customer’s transaction information to answer their question.
Trust Bank is rolling out Trust AI Ask, which answers questions that customers have about their finances in a conversational format.
The first phase of Trust AI Ask focuses on retrieving card spends. Customers can verify payments, locate transactions, and check spending in seconds rather than searching manually.

The bank said that it will only use the specific customer’s transaction information to answer their question.
“We’ve built Trust AI Ask with security and privacy at its core, with multiple safeguards in place to protect personal information and filter sensitive data,” the Singapore-based digital bank said in a statement on 8 September 2026.
With Trust AI Ask, customers do not have to manually review transactions or scroll through months of history or apply filters, Trust said.
Trust says it sees opportunities to expand Trust AI Ask across more areas of banking, such as in helping customers access information, understand their finances, and receive personalised insights.
Earlier in 2026, Trust was the first digital bank to offer fractional trading. It reached 1 million customers in February 2025.
