BCA remains world’s strongest banking brand: report

It was driven by strong customer satisfaction.

BCA’s brand value increased 42% to US$4.4b, retaining its position as the world’s strongest banking brand with a Brand Strength Index (BSI) score of 97.1, according to a report by Brand Finance.

The growth was driven by strong customer satisfaction and impactful marketing, with the brand upholding its prestigious AAA+ brand strength rating.

Meanwhile, BRI’s brand value was up 36% to US$7.3b, due to its extensive lending base for small and medium-sized enterprises supporting the bank’s asset growth.

Despite a slight dip in its BSI score to 84.9, the brand has retained its AAA brand strength rating.

Further, Bank Mandiri jumped 16 places in the ranking to 68th by prioritising wholesale sector lending and investing in digital transformation.
