Islamic banking conference to be held in Dhaka
Conference sponsored by Malaysia and Bangladesh.
The International Conference of Islamic Sharia-based Financial Institutions will take place in September in Dhaka, capital of Bangladesh.
The Islamic Financial Services Board of Malaysia and Bangladesh Bank are jointly organizing the conference. The four-day long conference would be taken place at BB Training Academy in Dhaka’s Mirpur sub-district.
Bankers from Asia, the Middle East and Africa will take part in the conference and share knowledge on sharia-based Islamic banking. This is the first time that Bangladesh will host this important conference.
