Krungthai Bank’s net profit dip 1% to $344.37m in Q2

Basic earnings per share is THB0.8 for the quarter.

Krungthai Bank (KTB) has reported a total profit attributable to equity holders of the bank of $344.37m (THB11.1b) for Q2 2025, a 1% year-on-year (YoY) dip, its financial results showed.

Basic earnings per share is THB0.8 for Q2 2025, a dip compared to the THB0.84 in Q2 2024.

The Thailand-based bank’s net interest income is $834.57m (THB26.9b), 10.51% lower than the same quarter in the previous year.

Total operating income rose 0.3% to nearly $1.25b (THB40.17b) from last year’s THB40.05b.

Net fees and service income for the quarter is nearly $175.93m (THB5.67b), a 5.53% YoY decline.
