GCash parent Mynt prices $844.6m IPO
The IPO is poised to become the largest IPO in Philippine history.
Mynt, Inc., the parent company of Philippine e-wallet app GCash, has set a final price offer of $0.11 (PHP6.6) per share for its proposed initial public offering (IPO) on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE).
Mynt will offer 8.027 billion common shares, with an approximate gross offer size of $844.61m (PHP53b). The offer size can rise to $970.51m (PHP60.9b) should the IPO exercise its over-allotment option of over 1.2 secondary common shares.
If the over-allotment option is exercised, Mynt’s IPO will become the largest ever in Philippine history, according to a statement on 2 October 2026.
The retail offer will commence on 6 October 2026 and close on 12 October.
Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, and UBS AG Singapore Branch are acting as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners for the transaction.
Jefferies Singapore Limited, CLSA limited, and HSBC’s Singapore branch are international joint bookrunners, whilst BPI Capital Corporation and BDO Capital & Investment Corporation are domestic lead underwriters and joint bookrunners.
AB Capital & Investment Corporation and First Metro Investment Corporation are acting as the domestic lead underwriters, while Maybank Securities Pte. Ltd. is the international co-manager.
ChinaBank, RCBC, and EastWest Bank will serve as domestic participating underwriters.
