DBS Hong Kong names Kuok Khoon Hua as independent non-exec director

The appointment is effective 7 October 2024.

DBS Group Holdings has appointed Kuok Khoon Hua as independent non-executive director of DBS Bank (Hong Kong).

The appointment is effective 7 October, the bank said in an Singapore Exchange filing.

DBS Hong Kong is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DBS Group Holdings.

The bank has recently announced new appointments in Singapore and Hong Kong, including naming Tan Su Shan as deputy CEO and eventual chief executive officer of the bank, and Ed Lam as a board member of DBS Hong Kong.
