ZA Bank’s net profit doubles to $9m in H1
Net fee and commission income rose 76% to a record $15.68m.
ZA Bank’s net profit more than doubled to $9m (HK$70.6m) in the first six months of 2026, its interim results showed.
Net interest margin rose to 2.99%, whilst net revenue reached $73.67m (HK$578m), the Hong Kong-based digital bank said in an announcement on 30 September 2026.
Wealth management drove a 76% year-on-year (YoY) increase in ZA Bank’s net fee and commission income, which rose to a record $15.68m (HK$123m) for the H1 period.
Stock turnover rose seven-fold, whilst investment assets under management (AUM) rose by 155%, ZA Bank said.
ZA Bank CEO Calvin Ng said that they will deepen wealth management, investment, and spending services.
