Deutsche Bank names Vikas Arora as Philippine country chief

Arora was also appointed as head of corporate bank in the Philippines.

Deutsche Bank has appointed Vikas Arora as chief country officer and head of corporate bank for the Philippines, effective 1 October 2026.

Arora will be responsible for driving the bank’s business across corporate banking and investment banking in the Philippines.

Arora was previously chief country officer in Sri Lanka and was head of global transaction banking in the Philippines from 2015 to 2018. He was most recently head of corporate bank in Malaysia.

Arora joined Deutsche Bank in 1996 and has worked in client coverage, trade finance, cash management, corporate banking and transaction banking in Asia and the Middle East.
