Philippine National Bank's property arm to list on PSE on Sept 25

PNB said it is supportive of the planned listing.

The Philippine National Bank (PNB) said that its associate PNB Holdings Corporation (PHC) will officially list in the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) on 25 September 2026.

PHC is the real estate holding company owned by PNB.

PHC believes that listing on the PSE will support its long-term strategic objective by broadening market participation, PNB said in a bourse filing.

PNB said that it is supportive of PHC’s planned listing.
