VP Bank Singapore names Vincent Koo as chief risk officer
Koo will be responsible for the Singapore branch’s risk, control, and operational functions.
VP Bank Ltd. Singapore Branch has appointed Vincent Koo as chief risk officer, effective 24 August 2026.
Koo will be responsible for the Singapore branch’s risk, control, and operational functions.
Koo brings over three decades of experience in audit, compliance, and risk management into his new role, VP Bank said in a statement on 17 August.
"As we continue to strengthen our presence in the region, robust risk and operational management remains fundamental to supporting our growth ambitions and delivering long-term value for our clients," said Thomas Rupf, head of Singapore branch and CIO for Asia, VP Bank.
VP Bank is a private bank originating from Liechtenstein in Europe.
