Citi raises $11.91b for APAC issuers in September

It worked on 16 deals, of which 4 are IPOs.

Citi said that it raised $11.91b for APAC excluding Japan issuers in September 2026.

The bank captured 35% of the market share and had the most deals, at 16, the bank said, citing Dealogic data.

JPMorgan followed, raising $8.56b across 13 deals, then Morgan Stanley with $7.88b raised across 10 deals. Guotai Haitong ($5.37b, 5 deals), and CICC ($5.09b, 5 deals) rounded out the top five.

Citi’s 16 deals included 4 IPOs: RoboTechnik’s $660m IPO; the National Stock Exchange of India’s $2.3b India IPO; Ligent’s $723m IPO in Hong Kong; and Longsys’ $903m IPO. Citi served as either joint sponsor or joint bookrunner for these deals.

It also worked on five convertible bonds.
