JCB partners IHH Healthcare for 10% discounts in Malaysian hospitals

Hospitals under the Gleneagles brand and Pantai brand are included.

JCB, a card network provider from Japan, has partnered with IHH Healthcare Malaysia to offer discounts to health services across 10 hospitals in Malaysia.

Cardmembers worldwide can enjoy discounts of up to 10% on selected health screening packages at the selected hospitals under Island Hospital, Gleneagles Hospitals, Pantai Hospitals, Timberland Medical Centre, and Prince Court Medical Centre, according to an announcement on 30 September 2026.

Eligible hospitals include Gleneagles Hospitals in Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Kota Kota Kinabalu, and Penang; Island Hospital in Penang; Pantai Hospitals in Kuala Lumpur, Melaka, and Penang; Prince Court Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur; and Timberland Medical Centre in Kuching.

The service is open to all cards with a JCB logo, with the campaign period running until 30 September 2027.

Over 23 million visitors come to Malaysia from the APAC region, according to data from the Malaysia Tourism Promotion Board. JCB has over 181 million cardmembers from this region alone.

JCB said that it plans to roll-out more benefits and services to cardmembers visiting Malaysia in the future.
